Admission

The School admits both girls and boys who attain the age of 3 plus on the date of Admission (as on 31st March). However, before Admission of the Child, Registration is must. After registration, the child get admission according to the norms & procedure of Directorate of Education.

Admission to all other Grades is made, provided vacancies exist and Student seeking admission qualify the Admission Test. The seats available shall be filled on the basis of merit. The School Principal reserves the right to refuse the admission to any student without assigning any reason thereof. The applicant should submit the following documents at the Time of Admission.

1. Stamp Size Photograph (Four Copies) of Child.

2. Stamp Size Photograph (Two Copies) of Father.

3. Stamp Size Photograph (Two Copies) of Mother.

4. A Xerox of "Birth Certificate" with Original (For Verification).

5. Processing Charges

6. S.L.C. of Previous School (With counter sign) & C.R. Book (For Pre-primary & onwards)

7. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (If Applicable)

8. Xerox copy of PAN (Permanent Account Number) Card

9. Assurance Letter for % in Qualifying Observation

10. Medical Fitness Certificate of Child

11. Affidavit (on stamp paper of Rs. 10/-)

12. Aadhaar Card No. of Child

13. Bank A/c. Detail of Child

Before a child can be enrolled, the Admission form must be filled up and signed by the Parents or Guardian and necessary fees and other dues to be deposited preferably through cheque or by cash.

School Timings

Students must adhere and follow the prescribe School Timings:-

Attendence & Leave

75% of attendance in each Semester is Compulsary for appearance in Final Observations.

Leave from School is granted for sickness and other urgent domestic matter. Leave or absence (maximum for 3 days only on leave application) is not granted except on prior written application from Parents/Guardians, except in case of unforeseen circumstances and for serious reasons. Applications (more than three days) for sick leave must be supported by Medical Certificate duly signed by Regd. Medical Officer or Doctor.

Visiting Hours

Apart from the formal Parents Teachers Meeting, the parents can also have an informal & unscheduled meeting with the Principal/Incharge/Supervisor/Class Teacher/Subject Teacher for any reasonable cause after the confirmation from Front Desk. However in all interest of School discipline Class Teacher/Subject Teacher and security reasons the parents can seek the appointment with concerned person. However Visiting Hours are:

For Principal: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 9.00 AM TO 11.00 AM

For Incharge/Supervisor: All working days: 9.00 AM TO 10.00 AM & 12.00 NOON TO 1.00 PM

Fee Schedule And Other Charges

Fee Submission is from Dates 1 to 10 (Daily). Fee Submission Time: 9.00 AM-12.00 Noon.

Then 11, 15, 16, 20 (Without Fine), 21 & 25 to 30 (With Fine). If any Holiday falls on any of the Dates, the fee can be deposited on the very next day.

School Uniform

School Uniform is compulsory for the Students. The entire uniform must confirm to the School Pattern & sets must be sufficient in number to ensure that the Students is always in Neat & Clean uniform. Shoes should be clean properly polished and in good condition. Parents are suggested to co-operate fully with the School in this regard.

Security

As security is part of School fee structure, but School management avoids to take security because of good faith upon parents.

Withdrawals

Students who wish to leave the School must apply in writing to the Principal 30 days in advance. The Parents/guardian mentioning the reasons thereof should countersign the application. All fees, fines and other dues is be charged upto the end of the month in which the formal withdraw will take place. In case a Student drops without any notice, the Annual Activity Charges & Miscellaneous charges/A. Fund can be forfeited.

All dues have to be cleared before a School Leaving Certificate is issued. In respect of withdrawal in the month of May, the fees for the month of June is charged.

Removal

The School Principal reserves the right to strike off the name of the Student from the School's roll at any time during the currency of the Session for any one or more than one reasons given below:

1. In case a Student is found to be grossly irregular in attendance or remains absent continuously for more than 15 days without prior permission/information from School authorities.

2. Does not deposit the Fee & other dues payable to the School consecutively for three months.

3. Is found indulging in activities or activity involving moral turpitude in School compound or any public place that is likely to effect the reputation of the School.

4. Is unfit for the course of the study due to continuous negligence or Studies.

5. If he conducts himself violently or improperly during School hours threatening the peace, tranquility, discipline of School that is Rely to effect other Students adversely in any manner.

6. Refuses to obey elders, is discourteous to them for any mollified reason that is subversive of School decorum and conventional practice.

7. Damages and spoils the School Property.
